Sims complete collection-how do you get the sims 2 propose if they are from diff houses because theyre always in bad moods?

i dont know about the first part but there is a cheat called "maxmotives" which makes every single sim in the household all happy.(it will show as their needs all being green). Or use this cheat: "boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true" you have activated a setting which increases your sims: Skills, moods, relationships,personality points. It also gives you an opportunity to increase your sims interest points. This means that you can make your sim to love a certain topic to talk about and hate another. Eg. My sim Jason loves to talk about sport but hates to talk about politics. Activation: 1. To activate this cheat, you simply hold down control+shift+C to open up the cheat box. do the cheat and go into your family.(make sure you are in the neighborhood before you enter your chosen family, it will only work if you either 1. Do it in the neighborhood or 2. Go into a different family then 2. Type in the cheat "boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true" press enter and the box should go away. 3. Click on your family, then to know that you have done the cheat correctly, look in the top right corner of your screen, their should be black numbers. 4. This cheat unfortunately doesn't boost up your aspiration points. To use the cheat you must click and hold down the mouse, then drag the mouse up or down to decrease or increase your sims: skills/personality/interests etc. =)
