The meridian 120° west of Greenwich is a line of longitude that extends from the North Pole across the Arctic Ocean, North America, the Pacific Ocean, the Southern Ocean, and Antarctica to the South Pole. Source: Wikipedia
Eastern side of USA is nearer the Greenwich meridian in London UK.
The 60th meridian west traverses the following: Greenland Canada Barbados (territorial waters) Guyana Brazil Paraguay Argentina Falkland Islands Antarctica
The 98th meridian is the meridian 98 degrees west of Greenwich. It extends from the North Pole, across North America, the Pacific Ocean, and Antarctica, to the South Pole. This meridian forms a big circle with the 82nd meridian east.
Three continents through which 45 north latitude runs are Europe, Asia and North America. Asia is the largest continent on Earth.
You would be closer to the Prime Meridian on the eastern coast of South America. The Prime Meridian is located at 0 degrees longitude and runs through Greenwich, near London, England. Therefore, the further east you go from the Prime Meridian, the higher the longitude values will be.

The Prime Meridian (or the Meridian of Greenwich) runs through the royal observatory in London, so the Americas are west of it. In North America, the meridian that closely matches the transition from woodland to prairie is the 100th meridian west.

The Prime Meridian based on Greenwich, England, is at 0 degrees longitude and all other meridians are "X" degrees east or west of it. The Prime Meridian was established for navigation and is the basis on which International time is kept. The International Date line is on the opposite side of the Earth from the Prime Meridian and is the point which seperates yesterday from today. The line was drawn by international agreement, and was skillfully drawn so as not to cross any land to keep all areas of a country in the same day (and time zone). There are few bends and kinks in the International Date line to achieve this, but if it was a straight line, it would generally be at 180 degrees E or W longitude. The Prime Meridian and the International Date Line are the two lines that separate the Eastern and Western Hemispheres.
There's no 'decoding' involved. Game Time is the same as Greenwich time in England, which is on the Great Meridian ( the longitude version of the equator). So for instance, if you live in the central time region of America, your time is -5:00 GMT, which means you're five hours behind Greenwich time.
North America is entirely in the northern hemisphere, and almost entirely in thewestern one. But Alaska's Aleutian chain lops over the meridian of 180° longitude,so that particular far northwestern 'tail' of the continent is in the eastern hemisphere.
Different countries don't have different prime meridians. There is one Prime Meridian on Earth, and everybody uses the same one for their longitude measurements. The Prime Meridian passes through three continents, eight countries and several seas. North America is not one of the continents, and Canada is not one of the countries. The longitude of the Prime Meridian ... by international definition and agreement ... is zero.
