As with almost all airlines, pets can very well fly. Obviously they are not permitted in the passenger cabin unless they are an assistance dog. Singapore Airlines will definitely allow dogs to travel in the cargo hold. They are transported in cages with food and water and other necessitites. I think they are sedated. The cargo hold is kept warm and pressurised.
