You can only add to backspacing with spacers or adjust ride height. Slight width adjustment with tire possible. Thickest safe spacer probably 1", but of course, you may need longer studs. Aftermarket suppliers have them. You can also roll fenderlip with a tool from Eastwood. Some shops can make a stock wheel wider but is very expensive. Some rodders like to maintain the grocery getter look but run a lot of rubber.
