No obd2 requires a code reader or scanner.
no, how else would you launch it without running out of energy before you hit your destination?
since 1995 to present, you have to retrieve codes by use of a obd2 scanner.
I don't think it is possible but, just go to your local AutoZone and they will read all your codes. They will not erase them as it is illegal but at least you will know what is going on

It is possible to injury your feet without proper foot protection. It is possible that glass or another material could pierce your skin, causing an infection or inflammation. It is also likely that your arches will be damaged as they will not be receiving proper support.
Trying to convert a digital scanner to a regular or conventional scanner would be downgrading some of the capabilities of what the scanner would be able to do. Some services have already or have plans to update their conventional systems to go digital and without having a digital scanner the scanner will not output what communications are going on through those digital systems.
