It depends on which theory of how the affliction was caused you're working with.

Social and economic differences are most prominent in the Village-Town feud theory. Most accusers came from the poorer farming Village. Most accused came from the richer, shipping-based Town. And tensions and jealousy between them caused the girls to lie about Town-people for revenge of a sort.

Whast is the average volleyball experience for professional volleyball player to have?

Depends on how good you are obviously. But if you start off in a social team, you will get oppurtunities to play in higher divisions and end up going to trials for bigger and better teams. You might get selected by an academy team then they will take you to State team trials and maybe National team trials. With that you may make college teams or even go to the Olympics, but a couple of years atleast.

What are the reasons for the mass hysteria that grips Salem?

Mass hysteria in Salem during the witch trials was fueled by fear, social tensions, and a climate of suspicion. The community was already facing economic and political instability, and the accusations provided a means to redirect anxieties onto scapegoats. Additionally, religious beliefs and the lack of proper legal processes allowed for unchecked accusations and trials.
