Why is cancer prevalent nowadays?

There's a lot of cancer, at the present time, for a number of reasons. We do have an increasing amount of carcinogenic substances in our environment. Atmospheric nuclear testing in the 1950's and early 1960's has created a lot of nuclear fallout. Various chemical industries and products have released carcinogens into the environment. We once used Agent Orange, containing the intensely carcinogenic compound dioxin, as a herbicide. In addition, the average life expectancy has increased, and the longer you live, the more likely it becomes that you will eventually develop cancer. And medical testing is better. Many cases of cancer just were not diagnosed, in earlier historical periods, and people would instead be said to have died of some kind of fever, ague, etc.

Whats the difference between bed bug bites and poison ivy rash?

Bed bug bites are distinct, raised areas which appear to be mosquito bites. The number of them that one receives depends upon the severity of the infestation; bed bugs feed, on average, once every three to five days, and each feeding requires three to ten minutes. The bites will normally be found on areas of skin which are exposed during sleep. They are generally white at first, but they frequently turn red after a period of time. The most telling symptom is that they almost always itch intensely, and the lesions remain prominent upon the skin for several days, unlike mosquito bites. Poison ivy rash, on the other hand, does not consist of individual mosquito-bite-like bumps. It is found on relatively large areas of skin, and it is chacterized by many closely-spaced, tiny, blister-like eruptions on the surface of the skin. These blisters, if opened, exude a small quantity of watery liquid, much like miniature burn blisters. This rash can be quite extensive, depending upon the areas exposed to the oily allergen in the plant and the individual's sensitivity to the oil. Poison ivy rash can also cause much discomfort due to itching. The real risk with the rash is that the epidermis is often removed by scratching the itch, exposing the skin to various infectious agents.

Does rotten meat cure disease?

I wouldn't say it cures illnesses but my father now has been eating rotten meat for around 2 years, under his own doing. Its not left outside as he keeps it in the 'fridge in one of those fully sealed jars. the reason he started to eat it was because he had bad arthritis in his arm where he could lift a small amount or do little work and his hand would swell up and become intensely painful where he would have to go to the hospital. He left the meat in the fridge for about 1 month before he had 1 small piece per day and its now like 1 1/2 years old. He just uses fresh diced steak. he started eating the meat and after a few weeks the arthritis went and has never returned. He stopped eating it for a few weeks to see if it was in fact the meat and it came back. He re-started eating the meat and it went away again. He can carry on and work as normal lifting 35kg and working as normal. It has cured him of his arthritis.Another answer:The information above is all based on one persons' opinion and second hand opinion at that. Rotten meat doesn't cure any thing. The meat mentioned above may be somewhat digested by bacterial but it isn't what would be called rotten. It is doubtful that meat would last 1 1/2 years in a jar without totally becoming a slimy mess. Each time it is handled more bacteria are added. Also not mentioned is whether the meat was cooked first and them left in the jar. Even if a person ate some "off" meat, the stomach acid would kill anything on it or in it. Another thing to think about: did the son watched the father each time when he ate the "rotten" meat.
