Some people born with talent but some are not give view and opnion?

My view is that those who seem to have been 'born' with a particular talent are more so born INTO talent, ie; kids who have had a certain trait (be it dancing, singing, playing an instrument/sport etc) will have most likely been introduced to such activities from a young age (eg. David Beckham's kids, and for more examples just take a look at other 'talented' celebs with children, they will more often than not display talent just as their parents). Children can be taught a multitude of things very easily, such as speech, and if talent-like activities have been taught and encouraged as much as speech is usually enforced with, then often kids will develop a seeming talent for many varied activities.
