Your nostrils are too small. You need to make a tiny slit with a Stanley knife to enable the air to flow in freely.
Uh, they kinda are turtles, that live in the water, and so they have lungs, which means they have nostrils, which means they stick their head out of the water when they are tired of holding their breath. They get some new air, and they hold their breath and go back under to eat or something until they feel the need to have more oxygen again btw, that was really dumb question... r u blond or something?

Eat something spicy, like giardiniera.Fill a sink with the hottest water that you can get in your house/apartment. Put a towel over your head as to enclose a small area over the sink to catch all the steam rising from the water surface. Breath heavily - you should feel some relief.Buy some Eucalyptus oil and inhale it. Placing a dab of some vapor rub underneath your nostrils also works.Massage the area around the nose, this does wonders! At the bridge on either side and the nostrils work well.

Well first you do a few stretches before you run. Just do some leg twists. Then you start off as jogging and each two steps you take, you inhale then exhale. Do it how ever you feel is more comfortable to you. Then just keep up the pattern.
