This has happened to me. At first I didn't know what to do because I didn't want to hurt his feelings. I think the best was would be having someone else tell them either a. your not quite into them or b. to knock it off. (depending how annoying they are and how straight forward you want to be) =P That way you dont end up blowing up at them like it did.
