Someone stole my social and used it buy and i-phone and sign up for AT&T phone service . Ofcourse they never paid the bills. Never received a bill at my home address. Now I am sent to collection by AT&T. The address they have is not mine and the only link to me was the name and social. I called AT&T and they weren't particularly helpful. Iam getting calls from the collection agency. What do I do?
