I think that if you say "I'm sorry" and really show her a great time again, then that is all you can really do.
ANOTHER OPINION:
You shouldn't say anything; if this girl is worth it, she will come back to you. A true player never says they're sorry. Try to always remember that. Get a new girlfriend if she doesn't come back.
