The medicine Aderall is made to make you focus better. But if you are taking to much or to high of a dose you will have weird effects. Consult your doctor.
If you are not focusing on the larger task you started, it may not be the Adderall. It may be that there is a psychological reason why you do not wish to do the task. The best person to ask is your psychologist.
