Sorry for no punctuation but I recently washed my sheets and pillow cases I went to bed feeling fresh and clean and when I woke up I have little red bumps in random places on my body what is this?

This is still the same person who asked the question but I was thinking I have bug bites but I /just/ washed my sheets, bedspread, pillow cases... everything! How could I get a ton of bites overnight? I was thinking I'm allergic to the new detergent but I'm not too sure considering the red spots look like misquito bites and they're random. Like on is on my cheek, one is on my shoulder, and one is on my chest. What is this? I don't care if it's the creepiest spider in the world I just want to know so I can do something about this.
