Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica fit this description. For most of Panama, the Caribbean is to the north and the Pacific is to the south. However, the Panama Canal, which connects the Caribbean to the Pacific (which is to its west) actually travels slightly to the east as it crosses the country.

American Airlines does not have flights to the South Pacific. They only have service to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, India, Latin America and Asia. However, American Airlines has several "oneworld Airline Participants" that serve destinations in the South Pacific.
