1995 Acura Integra probably doesn't have a distributor, it would have coil packs, follow your spark plug wires from the spark plugs back. where the spark plug wires stop that's what has taken the place of your distributor. Its computer controlled the computer is probably under the dash on the passenger side of the car

Unplug all the spark plug wires. then loosen the screws holding the distributor on, remove it, put the new one on and screw it in, then replace the spark plug wires
The 2000 Acura Integra OBD 2 port is under passenger dash
yes its the same exact motor.. B18B(enter USDM number here) its mostly plug and play... seeing that its comming from a OBD2B car to a OBD1 car... you will need to change injectors, distributor, and alternator... unless you have the engine wire harness out of the 97 then it will be plug and play.
may be many things , spark plugs, spark plug cables , distrubuor , gas , alternator not charging the battery or a bad battery maybe evn gas - *PhAZe II* -
