I have found the best way to remove spray paint from cedar Fencing is by using sand paper. The courser the sandpaper, the easier the removal. I just wear a pair of gardening gloves to prevent splinters and start scrubbing away! Good luck!

Most people don't recommend waterproofing for a cedar fence as it doesn't need it. If a waterproofer is used Thompsons Water Seal is the best brand.
Treated pine or western cedar.
We don't know what fence panel is made of ! - Cedar, concrete, fibereglas, etc
surprisingly pressure treated fencing is more expensive than cedar, depending on style. if it is a picket style fence I would avoid pt because it is adversley affected by wheather and warping and splitting. Cedar will be more uniform, and look better, and if treated after installation it will last just as long.
Easiest way is to smell it. cedar is light colored and very light weight. Should be easy to tell.
It is a VERY durable wood for fences and fence posts.

There are many uses of cedar lumber. The most common uses of cedar lumber are to make oil, lumber, pencils, fence posts, guitars, canoes, and shingles.
spruce as it is strong xx
Cedar has natural oils that protect it from insects and rot, it's enemy is moisture and UV. Moisture will make the boards crack and warp, the sun will help with the cracking and will turn the boards grey like drift wood. On a fence grey and cracking are not as much of a problem as on a deck, but if you want to keep your new Cedar fence looking new, paint, dip, or spray the boards with a sealer that has a UV protectorate.
