Depression, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Chronic Masterbation.... the list goes on....
Yes you can get carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. As far as workers comp goes..it depends if you can prove that it was related and or caused by your job duties. It also depends greatly on your states work comp laws etc..
Some individuals notice a shooting pain which goes from the wrist up the arm, or down into the hand and fingers.
Carpal tunnel is actually the name of the area in your wrist where nerves and tendons pass through. If the median nerve gets compressed or pinched in some way, this can lead to carpal tunnel syndrome. Typically it can cause night or morning symptoms of numbness and tingling of the hands (first 2 or 3 fingers) and sometimes pain. If it goes on long enough w/o treatment, you can lose muscle tone and grip strength in your hands.
A tunnel goes underground, an underpass goes under a bridge.
when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. when it goes to the right side you go to the left side and there will be a tunnel. jump out, get it now
A lot of variables goes into this..impairment ratings, job classification etc..I would say ballpark for single case of CTS, post surgery..is 10-30k minus lawyer fees of 25-30%
Bagpipes. And as far as my knowledge goes that is it. Uilleann pipes and an accordion are also "squeeze" instruments.
TQ goes by Squeeze.
The hoktika tunnel
Yes, and that is a great question. Some lay people refer to ulnar neuropathy as carpal tunnel of the elbow. Really what is happening is that the ulnar nerve which comes from the neck down the arm and through the elbow joint on into the 4th and 5th fingers gets pinched or compressed in some way. Ulnar neuritis/neuropathy has been called "draftmans elbow" because the resting of the forearm on the edge of table when drawing out plans etc..compresses this nerve causing numbness and tingling of the 4th and 5th fingers. Carpal tunnel syndrome on the other hand involves another nerve that originates from the neck and travels along a similar pathway and goes through the wrist area and fans out into index, middle and half of ring finger. This median nerve gets compressed and causes numbness and tingling in those fingers.
