Nowhere, since it's fictional. The actual name of the hospital in the TV series was "St. Eligius" and was supposedly in the South End neighborhood of Boston. Again, just to be clear: there is no such hospital in reality. The closest real hospital to the location of the fictional "St. Eligius" would probably be the Boston Medical Center.
