In the episode, "Worst Case Scenario" they find a holodeck program about the ship being taken over by the Maqui. Other than that, the Maqui didn't do anything. Seska, (one of the Maqui members) took over the ship with the Kazon in the episode "Basics". The other Maqui had nothing to do with it.
