2. check For breathing
3. put one hand on the sternum (breast bone) and place the other hand on top of the first hand, Clasp your fingers together
4. Sit Up vertically
5. Press down so that the bone goes down about 4cms (tip, use your shoulder to power you)
6. Let go and continue so that you complete 30.
7. Now tilt the head back and pinch the soft fleshy bit of the nose tightly
8. Blow into the mouth and give the chest a moment to fall.
9.Repeat step 8
keep pressing ang blowing on a ratio of 30:2
Do this until professional help arrives (qualified first aider or ambulance)
