Systran is quite good. Not sure of the price though. The problem with low cost automated translation is that it is never completely accurate and can cause problems with the translation. If it is for translating anything vital, I would recommend using a translation service such as Prestige Network.
Google also offer a free service which may be helpful.

== == I would suggest not to use software for Chinese translation. Chinese language is one of the most complex languages. Software cannot do the work well; many phrases could be mistranslated. Using a professional linguist is your best approach.
"Articolo di giornale" is Italian for "journal article" If any other translations are needed, I suggest either investing in translation software, or using an online TRUSTED translator. Do not use Babelfish.
When it comes to document control software you have several options to choose from. I would suggest the software at www.InteraxGrp.com.
Finding such specialized software is unlikely. But just as you came here to ask your question, the answer probably also is on the internet! There are many free sites that translate from any included language to any other included language. Such as English to Russian, or Arabic to English. I would suggest you use your internet search engine and type in "translation English Gujarati." If there is any software available for sale on an internet store, this should find it. Also, it may show web sites with translation pages that include Gujarati. I cannot remember ever seeing a translator that included Gujarati. But so many people speak that language, some translation page somewhere must offer it! (Perhaps you might check a website for Gujarat or one of its major cities. There may be a translation tool there.) Good luck!
