Jesus told us to love him and love each others. If you live your life with this as an objective for sure you will be living the rest of his teachings.
-Well, Jesus preached many things. But here are some of the main things he want his fellows men and women, to understand:
1/ He re-emphasize that "The Scripture cannot be broken"(John 10:35). Which means who believe in God should always try to keep the 10 commandments. And God's promise for the Jews won't change.
2/ But he also announced a "New Testament". A new "deal" between God and human. This time not only with the Jew but with everyone on earth:
a/ For everyone: Yeah, the 10 commandments are impossible to keep. But if we can't keep up with that, we still have a second chance. All we need to do is to believe in Jesus and Repent. Via Jesus, we have out free and easy passage to the New Kingdom.
b/ For the Jews. Jesus is their Messiah, but because they didn't believe so the deal changed for them too. Now if they want to get what God promised and want to have a place in the New Kingdom, they have to believe in Jesus, help all other human beings to know about and believe in God and Jesus. And last but not least, they still have to be the leading force to battle again the anti-Christ and his army.
3/ After being crucified, He revived. He said that his death is the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. And he come to sit beside God after promising that one day he will come back and with him, God and the New Kingdom. Jesus also stated many prophecies/ riddles about the day he would come back.
For short: Know your sins, Repent.
Catholic AnswerChristian teachings would be summarized in the Nicene Creed:
I believe in one God, the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made, consubstantial
with the Father;
Through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate
of the Virgin Mary,
and became man.
For our sake he was crucified
under Pontius Pilate,
he suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son
is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.
I believe in one, holy, catholic,
and apostolic Church.
I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins
and I look forward to the resurrection
of the dead and the life of the world to come.
Amen.

Ten Commandments of God
Exodus XX
1. I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. You shall have no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; you shall not bow down to them or serve them. For I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing steadfast love to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.
2. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain.
3. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work; but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God; in it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your manservant, or your maidservant, or your cattle, or the sojourner who is within your gates; for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day; therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.
4. Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which the Lord your God gives you.
5. You shall not kill.
6. You shalt not commit adultery.
7. You shalt not steal.
8. You shalt not bear false witness against your neighbor.
9. You shalt not covet your neighbor's wife.
10. You shalt not covet your neighbor's goods.

The teachings of Jesus ARE Christ's message because he was Jesus Christ. Christ and Jesus are the same person.
As apostles of Jesus Peter, James, and John witnessed many miracles and teachings when they were with Jesus. They were called by Jesus to follow him and witness, first hand, the teachings that Jesus had to share. These men are considered part of Jesus' inner circle because they were some of the closest to him and made some of the biggest impacts to Christianity.
Most were in the new testament or in Jesus' teachings or some might be in the old testament when it talks about the prophets and their teachings.
The Bible is where the written teachings of Jesus are kept.
The teachings that came from religion and not the Bible.
Yes, as interpreted by his Disciples. It is also based on the teachings of the Hebrew religion as it existed at the time of Caesar Augustus and Jesus.
Jesus and his teachings are primarily found in the 4 Gospels in the New Testament: Matthew, Mark, Luke & John and in Revelation. Jesus and his teachings are used as a basis for the writings of the remainder of the New Testament.
The teachings of Jesus Christ, hence the name.
Jesus isnt real.
Some verbs Jesus used in his teachings include "love," "forgive," "heal," "teach," "pray," "bless," and "serve."
Jesus taught primarily that we should love God with every part of us, and to love our neighbor as ourself. These teachings became controversial when he asserted that he was the son of God, and that belief in him was the only way to salvation.
