Check the fuse for the sunroof. if it is good check for power (12volts) at the motor when using the switch. if there is power most likely you'll need a motor if you have the means you can also put 12volts to the motor to see if it operates.

Either someone keeps wetting themselves in the back... Or your rain seals are not sealing. this could be at the sunroof or the tops of the doors. Check they are fitted correctly round the doors first. also parking on a hill or incline wont help. a car cover is cheaper than fixing a sunroof seal.
