An eating disorder means an unhealthy relationship with food. It can be extreme obsession or hate towards it. Throwing up your food, counting calories, extreme exercising and obsession with food are signs of eating disorders.

*Emotional eating

There are many different eating disorders in the world, so it is hard to define all the symptoms as each disorder has a multitude of symptoms that go along with it. Some common ones are weight loss or gain, depression, mental health issues / BDD (Body Dismorphic Disorder), isolating tendencies / socially inadequate, odd habits with food, odd rituals with food, and an un-healthy relationship with food.

If you're constantly checking food labels, and memorise calories and fat and everything that's a give away. If you make yourself vomit after eating, if you're constantly checking your weight.
