Well, you would have ingested 30 mg of hydrocodone. And that's probably too much.
no, wait 5-6 hours
I was wondering what would happen when you stop taking plaquenil after trying it out for 3- 6 months.
The effects of Vicodin last about 4 to 6 hours.
for some reason I cant see a date on this question. so I maybe answering a 4 year old question.I am not a doctor and my advice should not be taken as so. But as a person who has taken Opiate type medications for over 6 years I can confidently say that a 16 year old should have no problems taking .5mg of oxycodone (its actually a very low dosage). was it prescribed by a doctor? If so he is probably taking into consideration all the factors. age (obviously 16), weight, opiate tolerant. I am guessing he has not taken Opiates before because .5mg is a super low dosage most people start out even on 5 mg, are you mistaking and the medication is 5mg? I wasn't aware of a .5mg option, else they are taking it orally via liquid. either way a fully grown 16 year old should have no problems taking .5mg to even 5mg dosage about 3 times a day until opiate tolerate, and then after if they are still in need of medications the doctor will increase as needed.Hope I helped, and hope I wasnt 4 years late =]p-Helpful Citizen **whom IS NOT a Doctor :-)**
Alcohol will intensify the effects of vicodin. The equation varies from person to person, but will resemble this: 1 + 1 = 3. Alcohol will intensify the effects of vicodin. The equation varies from person to person, but will resemble this: 1 + 1 = 3.
