This is a piece that Beethoven did not name himself. It was name by a close friend of Beethoven, German composer Johann Baptist Cramer. It was finished in 1809. This is one of his compositions he did while being deaf.
Beethoven's Piano Concerto No 5, also known as the Emperor, has three movements:
The Allegro introduces the main theme, or melody, only after the movement commences with a cadence and arpeggiation, trills and other embellishments. The theme is introduced by the whole orchestra, and later a second theme emerges as well.
The Adagio movement is a beautifully melodic composition, with stunning harmonies, reflecting the richness of Beethoven's expression of emotion.
The Rondo enters towards the end of the second movement.
Premiering in Leipzig in 1811, this concerto was unable to be performed by Beethoven himself as, by this time, his deafness prohibited him from doing it justice in public.
I think what you are referring to is in 1787, Beethoven travelled to Vienna to study with Vienna. After listening to him, Mozart said: "Watch out for that boy. One day he will give the world something to talk about."

No they did not have lawyers because when they went to be judged they had to talk for themselves and the emperor made the final decision
My orchestra teacher told me this. Beethoven and Mozart are 2 great famous composers but both are different. Beethoven was always writing dramatic music, considering he was deaf *hard of hearing* he was more inspirational. But Beethoven was always messy, never ever had time to clean up or take baths which was gross. He actually became a prodigy at the age of 5 but also had a very tragic life. *writing a symphony would take 6 months* Mozart wrote the type of happy, bubbly music. Became a prodigy at the age of 3 - 7 *not accurate* was German of course and was just a plain genius. He was born in the Classic or Baroque era while I think Beethoven was born as well in the classic. *would take Mozart at least a day to write a symphony!* hope this had helped!
