HELL NO...that is rediculous, and it would be unfair...i mean, what if one teacher had a class full of people who loved to learn and were all high achievers and another teacher got a class full of slacker pot heads..would that be fair? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I suppose that, if you learn something, you must be able to understand it and use it at will. Most young people normally find it easy to learn the kind of things they need to know on a daily basis such as how to brush teeth and tie shoe laces, but do not usually easily learn the kind of abstract academic facts they are forced to study at school such as the names, dates and places of obscure, historical events. In other words, teachers should probably not be paid according to how much students learn not only because it is hard to actually learn school facts, but because it is hard to reliably measure how much student learn and would cause problems if you tried.
In my opinion students should. It isn't the teachers fault if a kid doesn't want to learn.
1.They shouldn't 2.Because your teachers tells you to

Teachers decide what homework to give to students. Homework is given in order to enhance the instruction given in the classroom, so students can learn the material well.
they help students learn things they may not know.
True
Teachers use them as a tool to focus on what students are expected to learn!
Yes there should be because if there wasn't, there would be no way for the teachers to learn new techniques to help students learn. If they realize that one technique is not working, they can change their technique.
No, teachers should not have to give extra credit to students. However, extra credit is a mechanism by which an educator can further engage a student, improving their knowledge of the subject and rewarding them for doing so.
Teachers are not bad. There are just times that they need to be strict to the students to learn. They are just misunderstood sometimes.
Good teamwork is the result of students AND teachers having the same objectives. As a teacher, the main focus should be on what the student is learning, rather than what the teacher is teaching! When students really want to learn, and teachers really want students to learn, there is great potential for learning to actually take place.
stuff that they need to learn for there life in the future.l
