Thanksgiving is not celebrated on the last Thursday. It is celebrated on the Fourth Thursday in November of November. Two times in every seven years, there is a difference. President Franklin Roosevelt changed it to the Third Thursday and changed it back to the Fourth Thursday in 1942.
