The ABS and Traction control lights on a 95 Riviera stay on all the time. The front brake pads and rotors have been replaced. How can this problem be fixed?

One of your abs wheel sensors could be bad. The wheel bearings and abs sensors are a single unit and when the bearing starts going bad it shows a fault to the abs system. A good shop can read the abs codes and find the problem.
