There probably is no problem. When the a/c first comes on the air in the ductwork is at room temperature, or warmer if the duct runs through an unconditioned space like an attic. Once the coil at the furnace has cooled down, it can begin to cool the air that is supplied into the rooms. Try letting the fan on the furnace run continiously while your in a/c mode. You change it at the thermostat. This will give you a more consistant temperature throughout the house and keep air in the ductwork the same temp as in the rooms.

Various kicks, leaps, and turns
If central air conditioner turns on but is not blowing through the vents, check the filter. If it is dirty, change it. Change the thermostat into cool, this will defrost the air conditioner.
Flexibilty helps alot in dance. Helps with jumps, kicks, and turns
Yes blowing bubbles is a physical change because the bubble (juice?) isn't changing into a new substance its changing shape but that's it.
what is the problem when you are making turns you get a cracking noise.
I had the same problem andI changed everything you could possible change until I found out that my fuel pump was blowing fuse 14 which controls the main relay for the distributor. I replaced my fuel pump. My problem was not getting a spark and this fixed it.
my grand am it turns off when it gets hot how can i fix problem
Sublimation is when a substance turns from a solid to a gas (or the reverse). This can occur when blowing on dry ice or in volcanoes.
I had the same thing happen. It turns out that I couldn't use the door locks either, so I checked the fusebox. Fuse #13 was blown. Unfortunately for me, it's going to keep on blowing until I find the real problem.

You say kicks in and out... not sure if you mean it excelerates, and then stops excelerating or if it just "turns itself on and off again" The first situation is how cruise works and since they have been around long enough that "everyone" knows that I have to guess it turns itself on, then off... Sounds like a faulty switch in the control unit. Not a normal issue for the 2000, so I would try cleaning the switch on the turn indicator arm and look to see if the control unit under the hood is coroded or dirty. It might be shorting.
