Alaska is the U.S. state that borders both the Bering Sea and the Beaufort Sea. Located in the far northwest of the country, Alaska's extensive coastline touches these two bodies of water, which are significant parts of the Arctic and North Pacific regions.

The Beaufort Sea (part of the Arctic Ocean) borders the United States (Alaska) and Canada.
The Labrador Sea is closer to the Atlantic Ocean than the Beaufort Sea. A look at the world map will indicate that the Beaufort Sea is to the north of the Pacific Ocean. The two seas are quite far apart.
Alaska is the only state that touches two oceans. Alaska is bordered by the Arctic Ocean to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the south and southwest.
The Bay of Biscay touches two countries in Western Europe. It touches not only France, but Spain as well.
