There was no Chang dynasty, however the Shang dynasty ruled China from 1600 BC until 1046 BC. This would make their rule around 554 years.
The old kingdom was a period in Egyptian history that lasted for about 500 years, from about 2700 to 2200 BC

The Han dynasty was the societal peak of Ancient China. Many of the things that would shape the legacy of the Ancient Chinese were invented during this time, such as paper. The Han dynasty reunified the Chinese around 202 BC after the unpopular Qin dynasty split into six warring states, and was overthrown around 220 BC. The Han military fought in many wars during the Han period, however, most of it was fought to expand the borders of the empire, and, unlike many other dynasties, had very infrequent barbarian incursions. The citizens of Han China were some of the happiest of all Chinese dynasties, and there was very little strife inside the borders of China during this time. The Han period was one of the most peaceful times in Chinese history.
Dynasties began somewhere around 2920 BC
Yang Chien of the Sui Dynasty reunited China after the fall of the Han dynasty in 220 BC. His son Yang Kuang then expanded the dynasty. Yang Kuang then lost the dynasty in 618 BC. the T'ang dynasty then took control.

After the 12th and 13th dynasties, pyramids went out of fashion. Many of the 13th dynasty rulers did not bother building one at all. Only a few were made by later dynasties. The last pyramid built was for the 18th dynasty pharaoh Ahmose I who died around 1525 B.C. It was a cheaply built affair a pale shadow of a pyramid compared with the Giza complex built a thousand years earlier. Today it is a pile of rubble barely 10 metres high.

During the Tang Dynasty, around 850 A.D., an alchemist (his name has been lost in history) mixed together 75 parts saltpeter and 15 parts charcoal and 10 parts sulfur. It exploded with a flash and a bang. Military forces as early as 904 A.D. used gunpowder devices against the Mongols. It had a great influence in Chinese history. The Dynasty rule covered a vast lifespan around 2000 years. The Han Imperial system was ancient and inefficient. Even with Western Imperialism and Industrial Revolution, China did not change their policies and was stagnating. There as a mass civil disorder in 1905. Poor foreign trade policy and two Opium Wars led to a further decline. It all led to the end of the Chinese dynasties.
