The Trunk lid on my 2003 Chevrolet Impala doesn't open from inside - does it need a new actuator or latch?

When pushing release button you should hear a clicking noise from the trunk area.If you don't hear anything the cause could be the fuse,relay,switch,actuator,or wiring.If you can hear a popping or click noise from the trunk area and you can help the lid up, it may just be a simple adjustment of lid or actuator.
