yes you could take it to a dealer BUT the car is too old.....sorry we dont have that part! if you look right in front of the back seat there is a access panel, pop it out reach inside you can feel the seat belt motor... on top of this motor is a turn knob turn the knob clockwise the seat belt goes back turn counter clockwise it goes forward..
