Racial discrimination. He placed people not in levels on merits but on a racial hierarchy. In that Jews were at the lowest rung. The blue eyed, blond, handsome, nordic aryan Germans were placed at the top. Jews were indiscriminately killed in concentration camps. He established a criminal state with no freedom of speech or expression or equality. He occupied new countries and forced the locals to move out. Several people including gypsies and Poles were too killed. Jews remained worst sufferers. Kids were taught to humiliate Jews, practice nazism and worship Hitler. Women were treated unequally and those who bore undesirable (handicapped, crippled, Jewish-looking) kids were punished. Those who helped the enemies were humiliated and they suffered. He demolished democracy. Generally saying, he was like a "zoo keeper" who had supreme control over which animals lived in his zoo.

No bad things at all really, he rose Germany from depression and made it the strongest country in Europe, we all owe many medical and scientific advances to him. He was also a vegetarian and an advocate for animal rights. He was going to ending factory farms in Europe. He was a great leader and truly cared for his country. He did not want war, England did. He gave the Jews months to leave Germany. And the number of Jews killed is exaggerated and has been changed time and time again. In fact there is no evidence that gas chambers ever existed. And those video reels they show most American children in school of the dead Jews being piled up are mostly Russian soldiers and people who died from disease.

Most of this answer consists of lies. Hitler was a vegetarian, yes. He apparently loved his dog. He was also into scatological sex. He wanted war badly enough to invade Poland without provocation in 1939, having already made a secret treaty with Stalin to carve up the country. He may have given the Jews months to leave Germany, but since they were Germans he had no right to expel them. And they had to leave nearly all their wealth in Germany to get out. The death camps were real; there are thousands of pages of testimony from camp survivors, guards, and officers, not to mention the Germans who lived near the camps. The IG Farben chemical company bid on the contract for providing the Zyklon B gas, and Krupp Steel bid on the contract for the crematoria. There are films made by the Nazis and by the US Military. Roughly six million Jews were killed, along with Gypsies, gays, the mentally disabled and the physically disabled. There are tons of evidence for death camps, slave labor, bizarre medical experiments, torture, and casual murder. In the 1990s there was a traveling museum exhibit composed of letters home and photographs from the Wermacht (the regular army, not the SS) describing mass murder and showing hanged Jews. The Holocaust was real.

He was a dictator, a nationalist/racist, and a murderer. He was extremely self-centered, headstrong and arrogant.

He refused the opinions of his generals because he always viewed himself as right. Anyone who denied him or refused to his orders had to suffer the consequence. His nationalism led to racism in believing his race were superior and all others were to be destructed.
