I'm not even sure what your referring to....BK is handled by yourself or your own chosen lawyer. It is generally best to close one you are comfortable with, who works in that field of law and may be able to assist you generally, from your area. (He is most familiar with the courts in that area, etc.)
Maybe you mean some TV add for BK - which is really basically like a refferal agency to a lawyer who pays fro the referrals, just like 1 800 dentist isn't actually a dentist?
