Your END STAGE RESISTOR (ESR) blower is on its way out. Part costs about $100 and easy to replace. (ESR is under passenger side foot well, sort of to left of glove compartment from passenger side. If taken to dealer, can cost $600 since they akso charge $125 diagnostic and 3 hrs. of labor. If you are a DIY it takes 30 minutes to replace. I did mine!
