if it is loose under the console storage, it is probably the bracket under the storage bin. Remove the two screws holding the lid and the two screws by the latch hole and the two screws on the bottom to remove the inside of the storage area. Once you get it out you might see that the bracket that the screws on the bottom of the storage bin go into is broken. You can get a replacement bracket for about $80.00. You have to remove the console to replace.

More than likely a loose air hose. Easy to fix, just tighten or get a new jubilee clip
They almost always crack on the very front hold down ear. It is a poor design by Chrysler, and used ones are hard to come by. When torquing down the intake mounting bolts tighten them even, and a little at a time. 20ft lb is plenty on the front bolt. This is a problem in the 99-04 Grand Cherokee, and others using 4.0 engine.

underneath the centre console is a clamp in the clamp should be your 2 brake cables that control your handbrake ...you can tighten them there ...use spanner as is a squeeze to get a socket on
inside the center console there is a little plastic plug on the side closest to e brake. take out the plastic cap and there is a nut in there. tighten that

Loosen bolt in tension pulley, then loosen tension bolt. Replace belt. Tighten tension bolt. Last, tighten bolt through pulley.
Well, to state the obvious, "use a screwdriver". What seems to be the problem?
* Firmly apply the parking brake lever four times * Open the center console storage compartment and remove the parking brake cable adjuster cover * Raise the lever four clicks to gain access to the ajuster nut * Turn the adjuster nut clockwise to tighten the cable or counterclockwise to loosen it.The correct adjustment is achived when the adjuster nut is loosely touching the lever when the lever is in its lowest (fully released) postion * Apply the parking brake lever four times and recheck the adjustment * Replace the small cover in the center console storage compartment
Loosen up the power steering pump and pull on pump till belt is tight.
Pull the inspection plate off, reach in with an end wrench and tighten them up. Use a screwdriver on the flywheel teeth to turn it so you can get to all of them. If the holes have become elongated, you will need to replace the flex plate.(Flywheel)
