The convertible top on your 99 mustang does not work and it sounds like the motor works because you hear it every time you push the button is there a problem with the motor or a fuse problem?

ok check this out i have that same problem i hear my motor on the back working but the top wont go up! so i pulled the hand brake and the top starts going up but only to a certain point! so i don't have an exact answer but i think you need to refill with hydrualic fluid! but that's just my opinion!

If it's already depressed then there's no need to reset. The fuel reset button was located in the same place as Jim Miller's 2001 Mustang. Mine is a 1987 Mustang.
