Clymer manual specifies about 14 foot lbs. But not many tourque wrenches go down that far, so you can use inch pounds. Use about 180 inch pounds., Most of the mechanics I speak with just tighten them down without either, just get them good and snug, but do not over tighten. make sure you have a cooper washer on the lower Rt. head stud, and a regular nut (not a acorn nut) on the botton left. Judge how much pressure is on each head nut. Hard to screw this up, really/.
