To remove the headrest in your 2007 Avalanche, first pull the headrest all the way up. Then, press the seat back all the way down around the neck of the headrest until you see two springs. Using needle-nose pliers, remove the springs. Pull up on the headrest and it should come loose.

To remove the headrest on a 1994 Plymouth Voyager Van, push the headrest all the way down. Then gently push the headrest back and pull straight up. Some seat models also have a lever on the side of the seat to depress to remove the headrest.

where the head rest meets the seet tehre should be a button that you push. you should only be able to remove the back seat ones.
there should be a little button on the top of the seats where the headrests latch in, press that button and then pull up on the headrest, it should come off
There's a little hole in the back of the plastic peice at the base of the headrest bar. Put in the lock to release it on both sides
The wheelbase is the distance between the front and the back wheels
Sit in the back seat. Using a bent pointed paper clip, insert the end of it in the small hole at the base of the headrest (could be on the right or left side) while pulling up on it at the same time. It should come right off.
