The drivers side on my Chev silverado sits one half inch lower than passenger side is this what they call Chevrolety lean and if so is it normal?

no this is not normal. depending on the year u either have a weak spring or torsion bar.torsion bars can be adjusted for ride height but springs have to be replaced. always replace springs in pairs.
