The prescription drug Zyban (bupropion hydrochloride) has shown some success. This drug contains no nicotine, and was originally developed as an antidepressant. It isn't known exactly how bupropion works to suppress the desire for nicotine.
It is currently not actually known why Zyban (bupropion) reduces nicotine cravings.
Zyban!
Yes. The antidepressant bupropion (Wellbutrin) is marketed under the name Zyban as a smoking cessation aid.
No, Zyban has no effect on the menstrual cycle. Note: if attempting to quit smoking try Easyway, far more effective.
Wellbutrin (buproprion) can be used to help people suffering from affective illness and has been shown to help with smoking cessation.
I would think the Zyban may cause a little anxiety or depression, which is what the Lexapro is for, but I haven't heard much on this Zyban. check the link below.
Bupropion is as labeled Wellbutrin or Zyban. Wellbutrin is for depression. Zyban is a smoking cessation. They are the same drug just prescribed for two different ailments.
is it safe to take zyban with zopiclone 7.5 zopiclone
Zyban is not an ionic compound.
I'm scratching my head here. Zyban is a (moderately expensive) drug you take to help you stop smoking. Why would you want to spend the money on a drug like that then continue to smoke?
By stopping. It's a non-addictive substance and is even used to treat addiction.
in answer to the zyban question yes....i was taking zyban not as an anti depressant but as an aid to quit smoking and in this period did have work done,i have numerous tats, however other medication may be involved blood pressure pills anything,so i would suggest the person gets advice from gp,i am not a doctor so can therefore only give an account of my own experience and say that for me was not a problem...hope it helps..
There are no known drug interactions between Zyban or Wellbutrin and the birth control pill.
