dont sweat it, whenever ive seen something like this happen, the grl likes him back. just slowly hint at liking her to both him and her. then when you've done that, come out and say it. Well to your friend at least. We girls hate when we have to hide our boyfriend. and if your good friend is really a good friend, it wont matter that the girl is his lil sister. so again, dont sweat it. everything will turn out fine
