Sounds to me like he likes you. If he's constantly teasing you, it's probably a good sign (as long as it's nothing too mean).
It's time out for the games. If he likes you he should be able to share that with you especially if you make it obvious that you like him. You can take control of the situation and ask him why he treats you the way he does and get a clear answer. Good luck!!!
