Does ac line have anything to do with the heater core in 1987 Mazda B2000?

No the heater core is a separate component. It is inside the cab of the truck and has linkages and two rubber hoses that connect to it from the firewall side going to the engines coolant line, and intake manifold.Removing the heater requires the entire dash to be removed(yes the whole dash).Plus draining the coolant, and disconnecting alot bolts, nuts, hvac (heat and air cond) component cables, unhooking electrical plugs, removing the stereo box,to the side etc.I can do this in 1 hr due to owning mine for 25yrs with ease.So if unsure check a local shop or someone who is fluent with heater core removal.

How do you fix internal coolant leak on 1990 Mazda b2000 pickup?

If by "internal" you mean inside the cab, the heater core would most likely be the culprit and needs to be replaced. If you mean within the engine, then you have a bigger problem as it could be a blown head gasket, or a cracked cylinder head in which case the cylinder head will have to be removed for repairs.

Ill the b2000 fit in the b2200?

Yes, the 86-89 B2000 engine will bolt into the 86-93 B2200. There are two mounts that go from the engine to the transmission on either side, you'll need to transfer these from the B2200 engine onto the B2000 engine. You will also need to keep the lower radiator hose from the B2000. Mazdatrucking.com has additional information on engine swaps as well as forums.
