Of course not. Your body is traveling the same speed as the plane, which is generally 400 to 500 MPH. If a plane just stopped and fell straight down, you'd still reach terminal velocity which is about 124 MPH, which is more than enough to kill you.

The laws of physics say you'd be in the same condition upon hitting the ground as that plane you just exited, i.e.: flattened.
