The name of that hormone is testosterone. This hormone is responsible for secondary sex characters in the boys. This hormone makes them aggressive. It is secreted by the endocrine cells from your testes.
Well, height completely depends on the Growth Hormone. But on an average, girls appear taller than boys during the early years because girls mature fast and then stop growing. At 8 years, girls are taller than boys on an average.
it's unfair. girls and boys have the same powers. but sometimes the situation changes like if you're in a country that's very unsafe, it's good for girls to be more protected than boys because girls are more sensitive.

Girls do not change into boys during puberty. Girls can only turn into boys if they have a sex change operation and a continuing course of hormone injections.
The first hormone that starts the changes in boy boys and girls is called 'gonadotrophin releasing hormone' (GnRH). It is released by the hypothalamus (a part of the brain) and triggers the pituitary gland to release two hormones: Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH).

Puberty is apparently triggered by a chemical from the hypothalamus gland, which stimulates the release of hormones by the pituitary gland, which in turn causes sex hormones to be generated in the ovaries (female) or testes (male). Puberty normally occurs between the ages of 10 to 17 for girls, and 12 to 18 for boys. Puberty is the post-adolescent onset of sexual physiology, as the body completes the development of the reproductive system. This includes hormonal changes, as well as associated behavioral attitudes and inclinations. Boys become more interested in girls, and girls in boys. This is the beginning of human adulthood. Changes in the body are not limited to sexual ones, but encompass extensive physical and mental alterations that define gender differences.
Young girls are more likely to cry than boys because young women have more hormone changes going on in their bodies as they are maturing, but, some boys do cry (probably in private) and there is certainly nothing wrong with that.

The main hormone is testosterone in boys. Its estrogen in girls.
Testosterone is the male sex hormone and is produced in the testes. Testosterone changes a boy's body to a man's body and is responsible for all those changes in boys during puberty (body hair, larger penis, larger sex drive).
