a graduated cylinder
the pipette is the most accurate
The glassware that provides the most accurate measurement of volume is the measuring cup. A glass measuring cup has lines on it to give an accurate reading.
Liters and milliliters are the most commonly used. Many may think it would be cups and quarts and whatever, but liters are part of the SI units and used in all other countries.
A volumetric flask is usually used; it is the most accurate instrument for liquid volume measure, and since titrations are highly quantitative, it's the best choice.

A gallon is a measure of volume. Volume can be measured by using one of the 2 most common methods: water displacement or a graduated cylinder.
Less, possibly gone.
Water displacement. get in a tub of measured water, mark where water level is when fully submerged, measure difference. Simplest if not the most accurate way of doing something.
1 cc's is a measurement of volume not density. In most cases liquids are measured in cc's. Many liquid medications are to be given in a certain amount of cc's.
Gallons are an Imperial measure of volume. Gallons are used in the USA and are about the same as 4 litres. Milk and gasoline are two examples of things measured in gallons.
Most commonly it is measured in floors / stories when referenced verbally, but in meters (or kilometers) to be formal and accurate.
-- Length is measured by rulers; they are often wood. -- Volume is measured by measuring cups; they are usually glass. -- Mass is most often measured by a laboratory balance; they are metal.
